The Cort Sunset NY Nylectric Electro-Classical Guitar – Natural Glossy combines the warm, natural sound of a classical nylon-string guitar with the comfortable feel and sleek design of an electric guitar.
Featuring a chambered Mahogany body with a Spruce top, the Sunset NY delivers rich, resonant nylon-string tones in a compact, low-profile design. Its unique construction makes it an excellent choice for electric guitarists transitioning to nylon strings or classical players seeking a comfortable stage-ready instrument.
Equipped with a Fishman Sonicore pickup and Fishman VTB preamp, the Sunset NY provides natural, balanced amplified tones suitable for live performances and studio recording.
The guitar features a Mahogany neck with a smooth satin finish, paired with a Jatoba fingerboard and 22 frets. Its narrower 45mm nut width offers a comfortable playing experience for guitarists accustomed to electric and steel-string acoustic guitars.
Additional features include a traditional slotted headstock, classical-style tuning machines, Jatoba bridge and a rounded neck heel for improved upper-fret access.
Finished in elegant Natural Glossy and equipped with Savarez Cristal Corum nylon strings, the Cort Sunset NY Nylectric delivers classical warmth, modern comfort and versatile performance. A gigbag is included for convenient storage and transportation.
