The Cort X Series X700 Mutility II Electric Guitar – Military Beige is a modern, high-performance electric guitar designed for musicians who demand versatility, precision and exceptional playing comfort.
True to its name, meaning “Multiple Utility,” the X700 Mutility II combines innovative multi-scale construction, premium hardware and powerful Fishman electronics to deliver a versatile playing experience across different musical genres.
Featuring a sleek Basswood body with an ergonomic double-cutaway design, the X700 Mutility II provides excellent comfort and accessibility. Its deep body contours allow the instrument to sit naturally against the player, making it suitable for extended practice sessions, rehearsals and live performances.
The guitar features a modern 25.0-inch to 25.5-inch Multi-Scale design, which uses different scale lengths across the strings to optimise playing feel and string tension.
This innovative construction provides a balance between comfortable string bending on the shorter-scale strings and a firmer response on the longer-scale strings.
The multi-scale design is particularly beneficial for modern guitar techniques, including fast alternate picking, complex chord voicings, expressive lead playing and rhythm guitar performances.
At the heart of the instrument is a premium 5-Ply Roasted Maple and Walnut laminated neck, designed to provide excellent stability, durability and a responsive playing feel.
