The AZ24S2 features a maple top on an alder body bolted to a roasted maple neck with a jatoba fingerboard with 24 stainless steel frets and white dot position markers. Components include a pair of direct-mounted Ibanez Modern Custom humbucking pickups, a T106 six-screw tremolo bridge, a plastic nut, a mono-unit side jack with integrated plate, Sure Grip III knobs, and Ibanez locking tuning machines.
