Combining powerful amp modeling, DeepSynth™ synthesis, MFIM™ Tone Capture, AI-assisted sound creation and a professional USB audio interface, the Axom Max delivers exceptional versatility in a single floorboard processor.

Featuring over 400 amplifier models, 210 cabinet models and 130 effects, the Axom Max provides an extensive collection of tones for different musical styles. From warm vintage cleans and classic overdrive to modern high-gain distortion and experimental soundscapes, musicians can create detailed, personalized sounds for practice, recording and live performances.

With native NAM A2 (Neural Audio Modeler) support, the Axom Max allows users to import compatible neural amp models and expand their tonal possibilities. It also supports third-party cabinet impulse responses in WAV format with up to 2,048 samples, offering additional flexibility for speaker cabinet simulation.

The innovative MFIM™ (Multidimensional Fusion Inverse Modeling) Tone Capture technology enables players to digitally capture the characteristics of their own amplifiers, pedals and cabinets. Captured tones can be stored, managed and shared through the MELOFTY Cloud, allowing musicians to build a personalized collection of sounds.

One of its standout features is DeepSynth™ technology, which transforms a guitar into a versatile synthesizer without requiring a separate MIDI pickup. With more than 50 synthesizer sounds, DeepSynth responds to playing dynamics and techniques in real time, making it suitable for electronic music, ambient textures and creative performances.

The Axom Max also includes over 70 instrument models, allowing musicians to explore sounds inspired by organs, saxophones, violins, flutes and traditional Asian instruments. This expands the creative possibilities beyond conventional guitar and bass tones.

Powered by the MELOFTY AI Tone Model, users can create sounds by describing their desired tone. The AI-assisted system helps assemble suitable amplifiers and tone models, simplifying sound design and providing a convenient starting point for building custom rigs.

The processor features a large 7-inch HD touchscreen with intuitive drag-and-drop editing. Users can create and customize complex signal paths using two independent effects chains, each supporting up to nine slots. Serial, parallel and split/merge routing configurations provide extensive control over signal processing.

For live performances, the Axom Max offers four configurable footswitch modes: Preset, Subpatch, Stomp and Hybrid. Each preset supports six Subpatch scenes, allowing players to switch between different sounds and effect configurations without changing the main preset.

An integrated expression pedal provides real-time control over two effect parameters, while an additional expression pedal can be connected for expanded performance control. MIDI CC Learn and USB-MIDI functionality allow integration with compatible external controllers and recording systems.

The built-in stereo looper supports up to 60 minutes of recording, making it ideal for songwriting, practice and live looping. Additional functions include Undo/Redo, Reverse, Half-Speed and Auto Record for creative performance possibilities.

For studio applications, the Axom Max functions as a professional 8-input/8-output USB audio interface, supporting recording resolutions of up to 24-bit/192kHz. Dry and wet recording, reamping and low-latency hardware monitoring provide flexible integration with digital audio workstations.

The processor also includes a combo XLR/TRS microphone and line input with 48V phantom power, allowing compatible condenser microphones to be connected. Its Vocal Instrumentalization technology can transform vocal signals into instrumental sounds in real time, with additional harmony, pitch correction, reverb and delay processing.

With Bluetooth 5.0 and 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connectivity, musicians can stream backing tracks, manage sounds and access compatible wireless features. The AXOM Controller software for Windows and Mac provides convenient preset editing, IR management, data backups and firmware updates.
