Sire Marcus Miller M6 6-string Headless Bass Guitar - Black

Sire Marcus Miller M6 6-string Headless Bass Guitar - Black is a modern, performance-focused electric bass designed for musicians seeking exceptional playability, versatile tonal control and innovative headless construction.

Part of Sire's contemporary M Series, the M6 Headless combines the renowned design philosophy of Marcus Miller with modern engineering, delivering a distinctive bass guitar suitable for professional performances, studio recording and advanced playing techniques.

Featuring a Mahogany body with a beautiful Mahogany Satin finish, the M6 Headless offers a sleek, natural appearance that highlights the character of the wood. Its specially designed Sire M-Headless body shape provides a compact, contemporary profile intended to improve comfort and playing balance.

The headless construction eliminates the traditional headstock and uses a dedicated individual-string bridge system, helping reduce overall instrument length and redistribute weight for a more balanced playing experience.

Unlike conventional bass guitars, the M6 Headless features a 33-inch to 35-inch multi-scale design, providing different effective scale lengths across the strings. This configuration is designed to support tighter low-string response while maintaining a comfortable playing feel across the higher strings.

The instrument features a premium five-piece Hard Maple and Mahogany neck with a comfortable C-shaped profile, offering a solid and stable playing foundation. Its five-bolt neck joint provides a secure connection between the neck and body.

The Rosewood Edgeless™ fingerboard incorporates rolled fingerboard edges, creating a smooth, comfortable playing surface that reduces the sharp edge sensation commonly associated with conventional fretboards.

Featuring a 16-inch fingerboard radius and 24 medium-jumbo stainless steel frets, the M6 Headless provides an extended two-octave playing range on each string, making it ideal for complex bass arrangements, melodic solos, tapping and advanced techniques.

The bass is equipped with a Graph Tech TUSQ XL nut measuring 55.36mm, designed to support consistent string positioning and smooth string movement.

Elegant white pearloid and abalone rounded-rectangular block inlays enhance the fingerboard's premium appearance while providing clear visual position markers.

At the heart of the M6 Headless is the Marcus Pure-H Revolution pickup set, designed to deliver powerful, articulate bass tones suitable for a wide range of contemporary musical styles.

The instrument also features the Marcus Heritage-3 preamp with Middle Frequency Control, offering extensive tonal adjustment through dedicated Treble, Middle/Frequency and Bass controls.

A versatile control layout featuring Volume/Tone, Blender and Pickup Variation switching allows players to explore different pickup combinations and tonal characteristics for a broad range of musical applications.

The dedicated Sire Headless Individual Bass Bridge provides individual string support with 18mm string spacing, offering a comfortable playing platform for fingerstyle, slap, tapping and pick techniques.

Finished with sleek black hardware and aluminium control knobs, the M6 Headless maintains a modern, understated appearance that complements its natural Mahogany Satin finish.

Whether you're performing pop, rock, metal, jazz, blues, funk, gospel or progressive music, the Sire Marcus Miller M6 6-String Headless Bass offers an impressive combination of modern design, advanced electronics and versatile six-string performance.
